Brownie Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Yields1 Serving
 4 oz unsweetened chocolate
 ¾ cup unsalted butter
 2 cups granulated sugar
 3 eggs
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 cup all-purpose flour
 pinch of Kosher salt
 ½ cup chocolate chips
 Vanilla ice cream

 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
 ½ cup granulated sugar
 ¾ cup brown sugar
 10 ½ cups heat treated flour
 1 tsp Kosher salt
  cup whole milk
 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Place chocolate and butter in a large bowl and place inside the oven until butter and chocolate are melted. Stir together until well blended.

Stir in the sugar, eggs and vanilla and blend well. Add flour and salt and mix well. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour into oven safe baking dish, filling half way. Bake 22/25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

While the Brownies are baking, start the cookie dough.

Beat sugar and butter together until well combined. Add flour and salt and mix together. Add vanilla and milk until all ingredients comes together. *If the batter needs to be thinned, add a bit more milk.

Once the brownies are out of the oven and still hot crumble some of the cookie dough on top and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Serve warm.
