Chef G. Garvin’s Fried Corn with Crispy Bacon and Green Onion

 1 lb Freshly shucked corn ears
 ½ cup Chopped crisp bacon, cooked (optional)
 1 cup Heavy cream
 2 Large Green Onions, Thinly Sliced
 1 tbsp Agave
 ¼ cup Olive Oil
 1 tbsp Diced Red Onions
 2 tbsp Butter
 Salt and Pepper to taste

Over medium-high heat add oil to the sauté pan.

Add the onion and the Corn and cook stirring frequently to prevent sticking for four to five minutes, then add cream until liquid is reduced and corn is tender.

Stir in the Agave and cook for one minute then add the butter and bacon (if using), green onion, and butter.

Remove from heat and serve hot.
