Chef G. Garvin’s T-Bone Steak with Chanterelle Mushrooms

 1 cup Fresh Chanterelle Mushrooms
 2 oz Smashed Fresh Garlic
 2 oz Fresh Rosemary
 2 cups Heavy Cream
 ½ cup Unsalted Butter
 Salt & Pepper To Taste
 Garlic Salt
 Olive Oil

Start by seasoning the meat then adding oil to the hot pan.

Place the seasoned meat in the pan and sear for five to seven minutes on both sides.

After you lock in the flavors, add two tablespoons of butter and fresh Garlic. Coat the steak with the garlic butter and place into the oven for ten minutes.

Remove and add in the mushrooms, saute for another five minutes and serve.
