Spicy Lime Fruit Salad with Tequila

 2 cups mango (peeled and cut into 1” cubes)
 2 cups pineapple (peeled and cut into 1” cubes)
 2 cups watermelon (peeled and cut into 1” cubes)
 2 cups cucumber (peeled and cut into 1” cubes)
 2 cups jicama (peeled and cut into 1” cubes)
 2 cups cantaloupe (peeled and cut into 1” cubes)
 1 cup lime juice
 2 oz tequila
 1 cup homamade chili salt
Chili Salt Mixture
 ½ tsp sea salt
 ½ tsp chili powder
 ½ tsp chipotle powder
 ½ tsp ground cumin
 ½ tsp cayenne
 ½ tsp ground coriander
 ½ tsp sugar
 skewers (for serving)

Place one cube of each fruit/vegetable on a skewer. Once the skewer is filled, place on an even layer on a long plate.

Combine lime juice and tequila in a small spray bottle.

Spray fruit skewers liberally with tequila-lime mixture. Finish with a sprinkling of the homemade chili salt.
